History with the Macy's Parade[]

The Annabelle's Wish float first appeared in the 1997 Parade to help promote the television broadcast of the special, which was to air three days after Thanksgiving 1997. The float featured a wooden barn with a sculpture of the film's title character, Annabelle, perched high upon the roof. Below, many children dressed as farmers wave from the float and escort it en route. This float was retired after the 1998 Parade and was later recycled into the Peeps float in 2003.
