Bebe Rexha is an American singer, songwriter and vocalist. The New York native burst onto the scene in 2013 when her songwriting helped Eminem's "The Monster" featuring Rihanna, become a worldwide hit. Since then, Bebe's "Meant to Be" with Florida Georgia Line has won multiple country music awards and a 2019 Grammy nomination. In October 2020, she dropped her new single, "Baby, I'm Jealous" featuring rap singer Doja Cat.

History with the Macy's Parade[]

Bebe Rexha made her first Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade appearance in 2017. Rexha appeared on the the New York Daily News-furnished "Big Apple" float, which featured a 30-foot tall inflatable apple among a bustling cityscape complete with iconic NYC landmarks. For her 34th Street performance, Rexha performed a rendition of the smash-hit Florida Georgia Line collaboration, "Meant to Be," with backup provided by the float's escorts of apples, taxis and taxi engineers. She recounted her debut Parade appearance as a "magical moment" in a later interview, in spite of the chilly weather.[1]

Rexha returned to the lineup for the reimagined 2020 Parade, now strutting down 34th Street on the "Big Turkey Spectacular" float by Jennie-O. The float features a glitzy and glamorous turkey with sparkling feathers and a special surprise under her bowler's hat. Bebe Rexha performed her recently-released single, "Baby, I'm Jealous" with a team of turkey dancers, concluding the performance with a blast of green-and-gold confetti from the turkey's tail feathers.[2]
