History with the Macy's Parade[]
Dear Evan Hansen appeared in the 2017 Macy's Parade as a pre-parade act, as the cast performed the show's soaring anthem, "You Will Be Found". A year later, the musical reprised its act in the 2018 Macy's Parade. This time, instead of performing physically in the parade, the song was performed and televised from the production's theater, fully immersing viewers with the assistance of its set, lighting, and tech.
