DreamWorks Animation is an animation company, and currently a subsidiary of NBCUniversal. Since 2007, they have had balloons based on their characters featured in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Starting with the 2007 Macy's Parade, a Shrek balloon made its debut, followed by Po from Kung Fu Panda in 2010, Toothless the Dragon in 2013, the Trolls in 2016, The Boss Baby in 2020, and a 2nd Balloon of Po in 2023. Characters from the Shrek and Madagascar franchises are also seen in Universal's Holiday Parade featuring Macy's at Universal Studios Florida.
