Tramar Lacel Dillard (born September 16, 1979), better known by his stage name Flo Rida (/floʊ ˈraɪdə/, floh RY-də), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. His 2007 breakout single "Low" was number one for 10 weeks in the United States and broke the record for digital download sales at the time of its release.

Flo Rida first appeared on the Big Apple float in the 2012 Macy's Parade, where he performed "I Cry". He later appeared on the Krazy Glue float in the 2017 Macy's Parade and he performed "Hola".
