Hamlet the Balloon School Pig is a character created by Macy's themselves to train balloon handlers.

Hamlet has never appeared in the actual Parade. He was a test flight exclusive, hence the name. Not much else is known about this balloon, other than it was a rework of Babe the Pig.

He was used for Macy's Balloonpolis at Universal Studios Florida in 2007,

He was last seen in 2008 and was likely replaced by The Petula Pig balloon.

The balloon sat dormant at the Macy's Parade Studio until mid-2019 when it was thrown away with only a portion of its eye kept intact.
