Kathleen Wright is the current Senior Manager and Production Director at the Macy's Parade Studio. Wright started working for the Macy's in September 2011 as an event manager of Macy's Special Events, such as the spring-centric Macy's Flower Show, the dazzling Macy's 4th of July Fireworks, Macy's Santaland and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. She then became the manager of the department in July 2015, continuing to do so until May 2018. Wright became the manager of the Macy's Special Events operations team later that month.
In January 2020, Wright was named the Production Director and Senior Manager of the Parade Studio.
