Little Man-Big Man (also known as The Acrobats) are a pair of balloons originating from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. They were designed by a 12-year old boy named Rudolf Lopez and appeared in 1938 and 1939, and in the Santason Parade from 1939 to 1941.
During the parade, the balloon had to pass through two elevated train tracks. The solution was to flip them on each other's backs, simulating like the performance of a real pair of circus acrobats. They made a cameo with other Macy's balloons in the 2016 Ghostbusters movie.
- In the 1941 edition of the Santason Parade, Big Man's stomach and rear end were deflated.
- In the 1941 edition of the Santason Parade, Big Man's hands were slightly bent.
