The Macy's Parade Warehouse is a warehouse that serves as the principal storage facility for the floats of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Several other types of Parade elements are also stored in the warehouse, including retired balloons, costumes, props and assorted paraphernalia used in several Macy's Special Events. Built in 1983, Macy's purchased 107,000 square feet of the 180,719 square foot warehouse in the fall of 2013, with the move-in taking place in spring 2014.
