Mel Tillis (August 8th, 1932 – November 19th, 2017) was an American country music singer and songwriter who achieved 62 studio albums, 37 Top 10 country hits, countless awards, and starring appearances on TV and Cinema. He became one of the most recognizable entertainers across several genres with his biggest hits including "I Ain't Never", "Good Woman Blues", and "Coca-Cola Cowboy". Tillis was also a member of the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, and Country Music Hall of Fame.
