Mr. Chuck the Parade Clown was an original character made for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
History with the Macy's Parade[]
He first appeared during the 1969 Macy's Parade on his pet reptile, Alli the Alligator. He would represent the spirit of clowning around until 1981.
