Candy Cane is a cane-shaped stick candy often associated with Christmastide, as well as Saint Nicholas Day. It is traditionally white with red stripes and flavored with peppermint, but may also be a variety of other different flavors and colors.

A balloon version of the iconic candy debuted in the 2004 Parade, alongside many other Christmas novelty balloons. It appeared from 2004 until 2013. It was replaced in 2014 by the Red & Green Candy Cane, but returned in 2015. It was once again replaced by the Red & Green Candy Cane in 2017.
