History with the Macy's Parade

Charlie and the Nutcracker (1981)

In 1981, Revlon debuted a new float in the Macy's Parade titled "Charlie and the Nutcracker". It featured an Nutcracker in the middle of the float that would move his arms when the float moves. It was only seen in the 1981 Parade and was replaced by The Magical Carousel. The Nutcracker figure still survives at the parade studio as of 2017

The Magical Carousel (1982)

The following year, a new float, dubbed "The Magic Carousel". It featured an various woodland animals donning their winter coats, such as bears, rabbits, and deer acting as the carousel seats. Atop the float, a large glacier sphere spins these animals around, with icicles and ice-baron trees. The float only made two appearances before retiring in 1983, and will most likely never return to the Parade lineup.
