Robert J. "Bobby" Davidowski (January 1937 - April 12, 2023) was a former member of the Macy's Parade Studio. Over his tenure, he witnessed the creations of the Mother Goose, Rocking Horse, and Tom Turkey floats. Davidowski was the last confirmed surviving member of Bill Tracy's Team.

History with the Macy's Parade[]

Davidowski joined Bill Tracy's Team in 1954, where he helped construct the floats for the Parade, as well as construct the famous Holiday Window displays.

When Manfred Bass took over float designing in 1963, he became his assistant.

In 1968, he and Manny moved float production from New Bergen, to Hoboken, creating the Macy's Parade Studio.

Davidowski would remain active at the Parade Studio for many years, before retiring in 2000.
