Sally Ann Howes (July 20th, 1930 – December 19th, 2021) was an English actress and singer whose career on screen, stage and television spanned for six decades. She went on to perform on Broadway in Brigadoon, which earned her a Tony nomination in 1963. Afterwards she starred in the critically acclaimed musical, What Makes Sammy Run with Steve Lawrence and would later become best known for the role of Truly Scrumptious in the 1968 musical film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
