The 49th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was held on November 27, 1975, in New York City and shown to viewers live on NBC that same day from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. It was hosted by Peter Marshall, Helen Reddy, Ed McMahon, & Shari Lewis. Participating celebrities included Dolly Parton, Melba Moore, Ben Vereen, Doug Henning, Mason Reese, and Bil Baird.
