The 86th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was held on November 22nd, 2012, in New York City and shown to viewers live on NBC that same day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. It was hosted by Savannah Guthrie (who had taken over the roll from Ann Curry), Matt Lauer, and Al Roker. Participating celebrities included Don McLean, Jimmy Falloon & The Roots, Flo Rida, Trace Adkins, Chris Issak and Whoopi Goldberg.
