History with the Macy's Parade[]

Tina: The Tina Turner Musical made its Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade debut in 2019, performing as a pre-Parade act for NBC's broadcast of the iconic event. The musical number starred Tina Turner (Adrienne Warren) in the 34th Street grandstands, performing part of "Simply the Best," before being joined by company members in a high-energy performance number of the iconic song.

The company then performed a rendition of the Grammy Award-winning song, "Proud Mary," capping off a tribute to the Queen of Rock 'N Roll herself.
