History with the Macy's Parade

The Two-Headed Pirate made one appearance in the 1936 Macy's Parade and was retired after the procession. He would appear 2 more times at the Boston’s 1937 and 1938 Santason Parade.

Trivia

• The Two-Headed Pirates are the second known balloons to be featured in the parade with two heads (the first being The Two-Headed Giants) and are also the first pirates to be represented in the parade.
