Wallace "Wally" Amos, Jr. (July 1st, 1936 - August 13th, 2024) is an American TV personality, entrepreneur, and author from Tallahassee, Florida. He is the founder of the Famous Amos chocolate-chip cookie, the Cookie Kahuna, and Aunt Della's Cookies gourmet cookie brands, and he was the host of the adult reading program, Learn to Read.

Wally Amos has made four parade appearances from 1977 to 1980. He rode on many of the classic floats such as The Rocking Giraffe (1977), The Broadway Belle Showboat (1978), The Rocking Kangaroo (1979), and Mr. Snail (1980).
